2. User Accounts and Usage Limits

Account Registration

To access extended daily download quotas, users must register via Google Authentication or a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Download Quotas & Rate Limits

• Anonymous Access: Restricted to a basic daily download preview limit.
• Registered Free Accounts: Subject to a fair-use quota (e.g., up to 50 high-res downloads per calendar day).
• Automated Protection: Downloads are protected via invisible security verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) and IP/Fingerprint rate-limiting to prevent unauthorized bulk extraction.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use

Permitted Use

You may download and use the assets hosted on cutouts.cc for personal, editorial, commercial graphic design, social media assets, and marketing layouts, subject to third-party publicity and copyright restrictions (see Section 4).

Prohibited Use

You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, scrapers, headless browsers, or bots to harvest or scrape images from the Site outside of official API endpoints.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance

Platform Ownership
